Edge Of Summer Film On Regional Tour

This fantastic film I scored is going on a regional tour.

Acclaimed British feature Edge of Summer, directed by Lucy Cohen, returns to Cornwall this spring for a special regional cinema tour featuring exclusive director Q&As and selected cast appearances. Set on the Cornish coast in the summer of 1991, Edge of Summer is a haunting coming-of-age drama about first love, grief and the moment childhood innocence fractures. The film premiered at the Glasgow Film Festival and marks Cohen’s fiction debut following her BAFTA nominated documentary work. Shot entirely on location across Cornwall, the film transforms the region’s coastline and historic tin mines into a powerful cinematic landscape rooted in folklore and emotional memory.

The regional tour will screen at the following venues: Merlin Savoy, Penzance – Wednesday 25 March White River Cinema, St Austell – Thursday 26 March Plaza Cinema, Truro – Friday 27 March Merlin Regal, Redruth – Saturday 28 March The Poly, Falmouth – 2 April

A Death In The Family

This film I scored starring Johnny Flynn and directed by Yasmin Hafesji is screening at Northampton Film Festival on February 28th 2026 and also thrilled to announce that A Death in the Family is screening in competition at the BAFTA-qualifying Manchester Film Festival on March 28th. It’s very exciting to be selected as part of the fantastic line up at the biggest ever @mcrfilmfestival.

Starring Johnny Flynn, the film follows Noah as he navigates the complex grief following the death of his estranged father. Adapted from the hypnotic novel of Karl Ove Knausgård, the film flows between the banalities of life and the enormity of ideas around grief and mortality speaking to the universality of the fact that we all only get one final ritual, one ending.

📍Sat 28th March, 12 pm at Odeon Manchester Great Northern
